It’s time for another “Meet the Team” blog! And for this one, we caught up with Customer Success Coordinator, Elizabeth McArdle. When she isn’t looking for ways to better serve our clients, she loves traveling with her family, headed to the beach, crafting and a lot more!

To learn more about Elizabeth and what she does in her free time, be sure to check out our “Meet the Team” blog.

To get started, where are you from, and where do you live now?

I was born and raised in Las Vegas(not in a casino-haha). Vegas will always be my home. I miss being able to swim and play 24-7! I am not much of a morning person but I would wake up at the crack of dawn to hike the Red Rock Canyon. I now live in Maine and love all 4 seasons. The New England states are so close and offer the best of all worlds(mountains, lakes, ocean, forest, city). As a family, we recently did #4beaches4states1day.

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you work directly with advisors to help them get their marketing tools up and running as quickly and seamlessly as possible while offering guidance on design and functionality. This is an incredibly important role, and we don’t know what we would do without you! What is your favorite part about your job?

I am valued for being opinionated! 98% of the clients appreciate my honest feedback. When the client sees the website transformation right in front of their eyes…it is a “suite” feeling.

What’s a “typical” workday look like for you? How do you keep a schedule or stay motivated while working remotely?

I worked remotely before Covid. I tell people I am not techy, just very organized. I am on EST so I am very productive the second my daughter gets on the bus. Busy, busy, busy then wrap up so I can enjoy family time. I am 150% during work hours despite the fact that I may be in my pj’s til 3.

What are some of your favorite things to do in your free time?

I am pretty happy doing anything with my friends and family. I like to do FREE things in my “free time”. Music, dancing, nature walks, traveling, beach, swimming, board games, art and crafts.

If you could time travel, would you choose to go to the past or the future? And where would you choose and why?

Hmmm, that is a hard one. I do not think I would do time travel…I would want to change the outcome or pause and I know that is not realistic. My husband and I say “God Bless The Broken Road” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-vZlrBYLSU

We love using emojis at work! (Just check out social media pages, and you’ll see. ?) What are your most commonly used emojis?

I’m not a big emoji person!

What are your top 3 favorite shows or movies? Are you binging anything good right now?

  • Ever After: A Cinderella Story – I am still a hopeless romantic
  • Bourne and Liam Neeson movies – I am the youngest of 4 daughters so my dad and I would watch action movies.
  • Real Housewives of Orange County/Beverly Hills and Below Deck – These are my trashy Bravo shows…cracks me up to see the drama of rich people.

What’s your favorite part about working at FMG?

FMG stands for family for me. I am one of the “OG’s” and love the camaraderie. Sometimes we spend more time with work than our family. We laugh together, build together, whine together, celebrate together.
